This villa is conceived as a spatial structure rather than a conventional domestic object. Its architecture is generated through a Cartesian grid of vertical cores that operate simultaneously as structure, circulation, and private space. The project is derived from the traditional Iranian Chahar-Eyvani spatial diagram, where open, semi-open, and closed spaces are organized around a central courtyard. On the ground level, this diagram is oriented inward toward the courtyard. As the building rises, the closed cores progressively shift outward toward the landscape and finally upward toward the sky, transforming the villa into a sequence of spatial orientations. The structural grid becomes both the organizing logic and the architectural language of the house. A glass volume containing the public programs is suspended within this framework, allowing structure, program, and landscape to operate as a single spatial system.
